Include photos and any info you have on attendance numbers if you can. It seems like the crowd are HUGE and very engaged I am curious to get a running tally of smaller marches across the nation.
I was in Charlotte, NC. Organizers expected 3,000. It is now estimated that 10,000+ attended.

(12,374 posts)But I marched alone around my back yard wearing a pink tee shirt.
I'm 70 years old, so I have to be careful that I'm not observed. Some of my friends have been sent to Shady Acres for less. 😂

(1,798 posts)I had no idea the marching portion had been canceled, we just followed the crowd through the Loop (i.e. Chicago's downtown). Very pleasant, energizing, and peaceful! For me, the best sign said "Left or Right, we can all see Wrong."

(2,367 posts)I almost had a panic attack from all the people! I was very close to the stage and got some great pics of Elizabeth Warren. What a great day! Anyone hear anything about estimated attendance here? The entire Common was filled!

(34,165 posts)Two rallies, one in Johnson Square and one in Wright Square, joined up and marched up Bull Street to Forsythe Park. I grabbed these photos from my friends FB pages. It was a really very impressive turnout for Savannah which leans left but generally doesn't do activism with any great sense of urgency or intensity.

(22,627 posts)Fantastic musical performances while searching the sister marches worldwide, for many hours. The Narobi March touched me the most. Women marching for the right to talk about menstruation. Imagine that.
Text women to 40649 to learn more about the movement.
