at least CNN has coverage of Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Los Angles, Oakland......it's just amazing how many cities are being shown. Hundreds of thousands that you don't see on CSPAN.

But the pictures are great! Twitter is great for finding pictures from all over the world too. Manitoba! Isle of Wight! Louisville! Paris! Frankfurt! Fort Worth!

It is very uplifting.

Because of the huge numbers of people (250,000 according to Chicago Tribune), the official march through the Loop to and beyond Federal Plaza was supposedly cancelled, and the rally continued in Grant Park instead. Our group didn't know that and we joined the marchers through the Loop. There were tens of thousands marching, peacefully and joyfully--and no cops stopped us along the way.

plus there are many pictures on the Internet including on DU of the cities across the world holding marches today..that way I do not have to listen to biased reporting on CNN or MSNBC.

You saying that CNN is doing better than MSNBC? I won't watch NBC so if true am not surprised.

I watch, in this order: PBS, CBS and ABC.

They have l8ve feeds going on a bunch of

cities.

Thus is huge. It is so big they are,all having to cover it.

It is way bigger than the inauguration.

they are showing as many cities as possible, so not sure what you are finding. I've seen numerous shots of LA, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Miami, etc., as well as overseas shots. Quite fascinating.
