I am so proud of my hometown AUSTIN, TX!

I was out there enjoying every bit of my day! It was amazing and empowering! 50 K! Thank YOU Austin!!!

AUSTIN, Texas -- Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Austin Saturday as part of the Women's March movement taking place around the country.

even though we had crazy thunderstorms last night and more were predicted this morning. There were even 600 in Amarillo. Amarillo!

I thought the anti-war marches here in Austin were big. This was so much bigger, and happier. The vibe was positive and defiant. The signs were fantastic. I have more hope now.

Laughter, cheers, smiles, zero arrests.
