Edited to update subject line: I had originally expressed regret that the image was too large to use as my DU avatar, but a couple of awesome DUers helped me out with it. Thanks again!

(2,795 posts)But I have a lot of knuckle draggers from back home - relatives and such. I really don't have the stomach for their stupid, snide comments. Maybe that makes me a coward. But nothing I do or say will change their minds. They are that reliable 35% or so of lock step repubs that will never deviate from the party. They won't change my mind with what they say, so there is no point in inviting aggravation.
But it is a really cool image of what happened yesterday.

(41,975 posts)One thing I noticed about yesterday--I have friends from various walks of life, people who normally don't interact. I saw one of the heads of the nursing department from the hospital I work at to former patients of mine, to just barely recovering heroin addicts and alcoholics. We all had yesterday in common. From the highly educated to the illiterate, from the well-off, to people who use food stamps, from people who provide care to people with mental health needs, to those who need and use such care.
Yesterday was for all of us.

(112,093 posts)Click the link in the upper right corner and scroll down to near the bottom of that page. The avatar must be 48 x48 pixels and in either a .png, .jpg, or .jpeg format.
The n/t stands for no text and is used when there is no additional text besides that in the Subject/Reply line.
