my district's Republican House Rep. Martha Roby (she was one who initially disavowed that misogynist pig after tape came out).

I was quite surprised when her staff - actually, a lady who answers the phone in Roby's local office - pointed out they are Federal employees whose job is to serve the constituents. She said constituent services have no political affiliation.

I always assumed a political hack was in there deleting negative phone calls, or at least screening.

Maybe it appears they are unresponsive?

Maybe they all just need more phone calls!
