Trump has no concept of open criticism.

Let's take him at his word...he's a businessman, not a politician. We don't have to get into quality or expertise in business, just that he is from the business world.

In the business world, particularly the corporate side, there are a lot of bosses who act just like him. I've seen the range from honest, open, inclusive leadership to misogynistic, self centered, narcissistic oppressive leadership.

But there are two things you don't see in the corporate world. The first is open, personally directed criticism like Saturday's marches or from a well functioning media. The second thing you don't see is the proactive questioning in group meetings such as press conferences. When you have a corporate town hall, the entire room may be seething about the boss but you're not going to get someone to throw a shoe.

And that's the difference between business and politics. And that's why he's so unhinged because not only is he intellectually unprepared for this role, he's emotional unprepared for what it just normal everyday interactions between the office, the public, and a well functioning media (which I hope we get to soon).

is never going to do well with any form of criticism. He TRULY believes, he's great, a nice guy, etc. and can't possibly fathom how anyone can see him differently because he's been paying people to tell him he's great (literally, it seems) for years.

He'll never survive (mentally) at this rate.
