On Friday, Richard Spencer, president of the white nationalist think tank National Policy Institute and advocate for “peaceful ethnic cleansing,” was punched in the face while bragging about the success of white supremacists in getting Donald Trump — whom they love — elected president

That video was seen more than a million and a half times. Richard Spencer has said he’s not a Nazi — even though his “alt-right” has devolved into supporting racist tendencies.

Hey DU! I'm doing my own scientific polling here. If it's OK to punch a Nazi, you must rec this post, if not you must spend eternity on some reich wing forum. So which is it?

I also have a suspicion that the Dylann Roof Faction/alt right's 'ideas' wouldn't be met with "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it" if they were brown, Muslim, and/or foreign.

Cases in point, compare Revolution Muslim and Daily Stormer (Dylann Roof Faction, with an actual tie to Dylann Roof). One site was taken down and nobody protested it's removal, one site is still up. Want to take a guess which one of those two is still active?

16. For Me, It Actually Did

I restrained myself. I threatened one with violence if they didn't get away from me with their literature.

I live in a small city and somehow or other the IL nazi group thought we were ripe for recruitment. (This was probably 13 or 14 years ago)

City couldn't stop them, so cops, county sherriff and state troopers showed up, and so did a local crowd of probably 20 x the nazis. They simply marched in a continuous circle directly in front of the nazis so nobody could see them or hear them. They had guys on the 4 corners of the busiest intersection and i got approached. I admit i told the guy if he didn't get away from he was going to the hospital.

But, there was no violence by anybody. When their permitted time ran out, they got back in their vehicles and high tailed out of there. No new recruits. Kind of a proud day for our town.
