The solution to Trump's endless lying is very, very simple: Media must simply move the goal-posts.

The media must apply a new standard: "Put up or shut up."

1. Whenever somebody says something, demand evidence. It's not your job to disprove what they said. They have to prove what they said.

2. Whenever somebody says something without providing evidence, report it so.
"Trump claimed this and that, but offered no evidence to back this up."
"Spicer claimed this and that, but offered no evidence to back this up."
"Conway claimed this and that, but offered no evidence to back this up."

Not "said", not "published", not "released", but "claimed".
Until it's proven, it's just a claim as good as any other unproven claim.

I didn't see the press ever ask for proof.

2 Billion dollars worth of free press during the campaign.

I don't see the press as our saviors in this fucked up mess.

He will continue to lie and continue to get away with it.

Those who support him DO NOT CARE.

The media likes the money they are making hand over fist.

They will never turn the spigot off.

"Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it."
