He has already ordered ball gags for several departments, ordering them to say nothing in public or to the press. The next logical step is to take down their websites to ensure full "trumparency" for those agencies.

The solution is not to provide them with such confusing information at all. They don't need government websites. Such websites are confusing to "The American People."
