Learning to live with severe anthropogenic climate change

At this point it's looking more and more hopeless on the climate change front. Action has not only stalled, but will effectively be going in reverse for the next 4 years. Obviously we as a species will just need to mitigate the issue and live with it the best we can. I'm thinking we'll need a combination of geoengineering solutions combined with moving food production to cooler climates. We'll possibly need to relocate large numbers of people from coastal areas, but all of this should be doable.
