standing to sue

so pindick is being sued under the emolument clause..

Theres a good chance its going to be thrown out for lack of standing...

heres my question.

lets say I own stock in a hotel company that competes with pindicks hotel.
My company is a disadvantage to his. therefore the value of my investment suffers

do I have standing to sue?

why couldnt I as an individual who owns stock in lets say marriot for example sue since the value of my marriot stock will be negatively affected by pindicks unfair advantage
