Did the Women's march take place in the worst neighborhood? My understanding was that Chicago was nice except for about 4 rough neighborhoods where most of the murders happen. Seems like if the march makes the bad neighborhoods good, just have more marches.

He also hates Rahm Emanuel, the mayor. (Many Chicagoans hate Rahm too!) Chicago is a world class city (complete with A Trump tower), but like any major city, has its share of problems. Unfortunately Trump would like to create more problems for the city than help solve them.
