"It was deeply disappointing to win the popular vote and not the presidency. For me, and for millions of people in our country. But, we fully understand the electoral process, and accepted the result.

President Trump, against all studies and reporting, is now saying that at least 3 million votes were cast illegally. Perhaps he will show the country his sources, perhaps he will not.

However, the President has gone too far to say that all these alleged illegal votes were cast in my favor. This is an insult to me, to all who worked so hard on my behalf, and to all the fine people who run the voting process.

I firmly believe that the President should retract this statement and apologize to all Americans who voted for me."

2. Dems should be salivating

that Trump brought this issue up. They need to POUNCE on it, INSIST on the investigations, call his bluff. And then use the investigations to showcase all of the insane voter suppression tactics by republicans.

This is a massive opportunity for Dems to bring this issue to the forefront.

5. Right..but of course, they are not. #fail Although did just hearing Cummings say they want to

discuss suppression. However, Trump is already poised. He already has been counseled that this could be a great thing - an investigation - "we could recommend/push for harsher voting id laws."

7. I don't think she should do anything of the sort. And beware of "investigations" when Trump and his

minions are in control of them. Then you will learn about fake evidence, ... alternative evidence, etc.

8. Agree - Their investigations will be like a kangaroo court. But, hell, if you can not/will not

get outraged over someone basically accusing you (and our side) of stealing/faking millions of votes that you rightfully won, when will you? You might as just roll over and let him say whatever the hell he wants
