Regarding the wall and I admit I don't much about these things but,

does the Rio Grande have a flood plain zone? And aren't there some kind of rules from building there? And I take it that people actually live along the Rio Grande and in flood plain zones? So, either the US is annexing parts of Mexico or the US is building a wall that will have people living with a wall on one side and the Rio Grande on the other? How about trenching the Rio Grande and build a moat?

People are missing an important point: When fascists build walls, they don't do it to keep people out, they do it to keep people in.

Give up the river to Mexico. It's crazy.

Centuries ago it may have delayed horsebacked armies,
but even then, all you gotta do go under, over or flank it.
This wall has got to be the stupidest fucking initiative in
all our country's history... or any country's for that matter.
Republicans who support this fiasco are demonstrably
a bunch of bozos. Get a f'n clue.

The terrain (obviously) is variable ... with areas of exposed or near surface bedrock and other areas of deep muck (and everything in between)

much time explaining what an enormous undertaking this would be. Trumpsters think this is like putting up a fence in your yard.

The cost over-runs will be enormous ... on top of the enormous projected cost.

Like all things tRump related this is just craziness and we will pay for it.
