Appearing on CNNs New Day with Chris Cuomo, VoteStand founder Gregg Phillips said that he can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Hillary Clinton received at least 3 million illegal votes for president in 2016 but only if you give him several additional months to get all his evidence together.
...
Cuomo again pressed Phillips for how he could claim to know for certain that Clinton received millions of illegal votes without currently having the proper evidence to back up such a conclusion.
You can reach a conclusion, and then still verify it, Phillips responded.
Elsewhere in the segment, Cuomo questioned Phillipss purported methods for finding voter fraud were at all precise, and he responded by saying, We are as precise as we need to be.

And that's how science works.
1. Use unreliable quick&dirty-methods.
2. Publish the conclusions.
3. Check whether the conclusion is correct.
4. Don't bother with a correction because everybody has moved on.
