because had a foreign power issued a statement to their political party, i would have told WHATEVER foreign power it was to fuck off. Soundly.

They did nothing.

It is patronizing to impose what is o real value and what isn't. It is also a stretch to impose that calling someone a Trump Chump could cost me my life.

But here we are.

I've heard a lot of reasons but none of them ring true and you can tell when they tell you in person, and not over the Internet, they in their heart don't believe in him.

"I voted for him because I think we need those jobs back...but I'm not sure they'll come. I mean I don't know. It doesn't seem anyone can do it and unemployment is already low. But I want those jobs here so I voted for him."

Wow, and that's a ringing endorsement.

One tried to tell me he voted for him because Trump promised a lower corporate tax rate and that could be life changing for him. Nevermind that he has a gay son. He doesn't think they'll do any of that. (aside: a white auto shop owner who is literally one generation away from the Appalachia poor whose father was a WWII POW but his mother drank herself to death when he was 17, so he doesn't have a lot of empathy) He doesn't feel blessed that his hard work has been rewarded by the accomplishment of the American Dream. He feels *oppressed*

Really.

Oppressed

There is a war on Christmas. They're **THAT** stupid.
