This is a mental struggle, moreso than anything else at this time.

It weighs heavy on the mind.

We must pace ourselves for a longer battle. We should seek more silence and meditation.

People worry and fret about tomorrow, and the future, because they do not trust the people in power, and especially the President of the United States.

Those that voted for him, even today, are still enthused about all the "great" things he is doing.
However, pretensions tend to disappear like smoke.

But it is not a load we can carry alone. We must see our destination and we must be patient on the journey.

Peace.

Trump and the Republicans are tossing up sensational ideas (such as the 20% tariff) to get us to chase that distraction. Meanwhile, they are readying all types of sinister executive orders and legislation for passage.

Trump is the sideshow. The real fight is against Putin, Ryan, McConnell, Bannon, and the Heritage Foundation.

as that is not productive. I think about what we can do moving forward. Who will lead, what will the strategy be, who to keep an eye on. There isn't any use in getting all upset at the latest tweets and rants, the insults and ineptitude. repubs have been pulling this same stuff for years. To get despondent would just be a reward for them.

Every morning I read something that brings me to tears...

Try hard to find an effective coping method, folks.... This is going to be epic.

The State Department right now is being primed for takeover by an American and Russian Oil conglomerate. Women's rights are being taken away. Black lives are being put at risk. Our national parks are being privatized.

We need to keep our eyes on those things. We shouldn't even be giving things like Kellyann's rants and Donald's tweets the time of day. Even with his executive orders, we need to stop and think: is this something he is powerless to do by edict and he is just trolling us? Most of his EO's are just trolls.

I think we should all boycott any Kellyann interviews and we should let the networks know we are doing that. She adds nothing to the conversation and gives no information. There is no reason for them to be interviewing her.

Stay calm. Be judicious in your news consumption. We can do this.

Be polite and firm. Whether Republican or Democratic, tell them we are counting on them to vote wisely.
