When I see pictures of Trump looking out the window at crowds of protesters (Richard Nixon) I will believe it.

When I see a totally silent Trump I will believe it.

will not be any structure to oppose him.

6. Me too. This skirmish is up in the air but we've got the momentum.

Aside from the thousands protesting at the airports, there are lawyers fiiling out habeas corpus petitions right in the terminals with the federal court in Brooklyn hearing petitions tonight.

If he's overreaching this far this soon, misreading the mood of the people, so grossly misunderstanding the law and our commitment, I am optimistic.

We'll see.
