Just donated to ACLU again.

I signed up for recurring this time. ACLU just did the thing they are supposed to do when the got a temporary stay for green card holders being detained at airports all over the country. I suspect we will need them again in the near future.

But not nearly enough. Trump gonna be working them day and night. The least we can do is be certain they have resources to fight the good fight. They are one of the last hopes we have. ACLU, protesters and Lindsey Graham are basically the last line of defense. And I don't trust Graham that much.

aggressive in soliciting additional donations. Don't give them your phone number. I donated once, they were relentless after that.

Even if it's only a little, it sends a message. We have so many DU members. Can you imagine if we flooded them with donations? I've said in another thread that I'm a senior on a fixed income but I'll give what I can. Sending money tomorrow.
