So, whoever told me that Generals Mattis and Kelly would be the checks and balance lied.

We have the DHS deciding last night to let green card holders in , then overruled by Bannon this morning. Then they issue a statement telling the courts to go to hell.

We have our first military death in a raid in Yemen last night.

Clearly, they are not the moderate knuckle draggers we were looking for.

But taking the intelligence people off the National Security Council within days of taking office and replacing them with someone who is essentially a Nazi propagandist.... it's unfathomable.
