McCain is speaking out against the ban
Graham and Flake too.
Sen. John McCain slams President Donald Trump's refugee ban
"Sen. John McCain on Sunday blasted President Donald Trump's controversial temporary migrant ban on Syria and six other Muslim-majority countries "a confused process" that will boost the terrorist Islamic State's propaganda efforts.

"The good news is it's only got to do with a pause," McCain, R-Ariz., said in an appearance on CBS' Face the Nation. "Bad news is that, obviously, this process and its conclusions were not vetted. There are so many questions: for example, it didn't filter down to our customs people who can come in, who can't. Is a green-card holder, as was originally interpreted, legally in this country, can that person be barred from coming into the country?"
McCain said he spoke to former CIA Director David Petraeus, who is worried about the special visas for the interpreters who have helped the United States in the Middle East and "whose lives are literally in danger as we speak."
[Flake said:]
"President Trump and his administration are right to be concerned about national security, but its unacceptable when even legal permanent residents are being detained or turned away at airports and ports of entry," Flake wrote in a statement posted on the website Medium.com. "Enhancing long term national security requires that we have a clear-eyed view of radical Islamic terrorism without ascribing radical Islamic terrorist views to all Muslims."
