My rep is 90% great, and 10% clueless rich boy, and he knows he's in a safe district, so the risks he takes tend to be hippie punching instead of punching up. My senator is good, but so back-bench and self-effacing he fades into the wallpaper. Motivating them to action feels like herding cats. But they can be motivated. And that's true of all of them.

Light up their official phones, warm up their twitter boxes, remind them we're behind them and expect them to lead from the front. And praise them when they show up. Positive reinforcement works, even when it feels undeserved. They get a lot of crap, so they need all the attaboys we can manage.

I miss Mark Udall at times like these.

CNN had crawl and info shows it's been moved to Tuesday. I bet this is the most far right unqualified loon to ever be nominated. This is the crucible for this country. If they don't defeat that we are done.

There are far more of us than of them. Trump is going to bring them all down, because he has no vision of anything but going backwards. And this country will not and indeed cannot go back to some mythical time.

to FORCE four full days of discussion on absolutely everything.

Being rational with the Republicans is enabling fascism at this point.

Republicans are refusing to stand up to Bannon.

SLOW THE SENATE TO A CRAWL.

Four days on absolutely everything. EVERYTHING. Every. Last. Thing.

Four days.
