Is this a warning not to create conspiracy theories like the RightWing nuts did?
If it is something else, what is it?

Marginalization via gerrymandering. Removal of funding in urban minority disadvantaged communities.
Of course, soft racism - getting rid of minority set-asides, weighing evaluations that end up promoting fewer qualified minorities in departments with racist management - coupled with requiring loyalty oaths for federal jobs will purge or otherwise halt the advancement of some federal black employees.

As economic and educational opportunities dry up, the Justice Department will be standing by to sweep up any PoC that run afoul of the law.

The Neo-Nazis don't care how qualified anyone is. They only care if someone can fit in with their skewed perception of a supposedly "Master Race" - where only the melatonin level in your skin color supposedly denotes your intelligence and moral fitness.

Can you imagine Trump's deportation terror force kicking down doors in the middle of the night to rip them out of the homes and families?

Trump voters will eat it up like ice cream.

They already have their addresses, background, and fingerprints. They will round up these folks in a chaotic confusing mess. Trump thrives on chaos. It provides distraction from other stuff going on.

At the very least, he will probably either rescind or let Pres. Obama's protections expire that allowed Dreamers to work and go to school

Twitler has said Dreamers should not be worried, he has a big heart and will take care of everyone. But he has proven with the immigration ban and lack of concern for the hardships it has created, that he has no heart or conscience and no remorse.

This recent article on Reuters explains the conflicting views and that Bannon wants him to go hardline:

"Trump aides divided over policy shielding 'dreamer' immigrants:"

Most people are not aware of this, but the EO that came out on Wednesday is basically a blueprint for mass deportations.
Unfortunately it didn't get much attention because it was advertised as just for "criminal aliens".

Guess what? That EO makes EVERY undocumented a criminal so it makes every single one of them a "priority". 11 million deportation priorities.

Here's a great analysis by a top immigration lawyer former president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. I hope this gets the same attention as the travel ban if not more! It's terrible!
