2. "destroy Obamacare" has only had a preliminary move

There's been an executive order which seems to say "we won't fine anyone who doesn't sign up for some form of insurance", which would mean some healthy people would take the chance, and make it more expensive to insure others, thus increasing opposition to it. But there'll be some more on healthcare, when they've figured out a way to make dismantling it look OK to enough people, especially the gullible.
