His boss needs to fire them. He needs to fire the entire staff if he wants them gone. Donald has Sean and Kelly and Stevie to pick up the slack.
No one should quit - he needs to 'make them' by firing them.

The media needs to do a better job of publicizing this and explaining what it means. And the talk shows need to talk about this more.

I can't find a link but if you have cable you should be able to find last night's show. It was pretty powerful. And then the news of the firing came in and she immediately switched to that.
