by thousands of years. Greek drama was my professors favorites. And I had a chance to see him play and self direct Oedipus Rex right after I returned from Vietnam. It was done exactly the way he thought the Greeks would have done it. And it was probably the best play I have ever seen.

Too bad so many Greek plays were probably lost when a Catholic bishop destroyed the Library Of Alexandria. Sophocles was probably the best of the playwrights we have. Aeschylus and Euripides were prescient for their time as well.

Atomic theory was proposed as far back as 500 BC.

I underatand Sophocles wrote tragedies.

Shame we are now living in one.
