But the Logan act says "fine and/or imprisonment of unauthorized citizens who negotiate with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States." He should regain and face prosecution but it is unlikely this is a violation of the Logan Act

from the "russian thing", yes he might be gone...... Then again he is a powerful republipuke and might just get his hand slapped... This should be interesting...
If this was Hillary we would be at war. Flynn was expendable......
