My concern is this.

Drumpt has decided that diversion by accusation of wire tapping by President Obama is the way to get Russia collusion off the front pages. If that doesn't work for him he only has one place to go.

Start a war, somewhere. Anywhere.

1. That has been my worry since November. Trump and Bannon want civil unrest

and they want to kill all Muslims, most black people and Latinos, etc.

They actually want to kill them or isolate them in camps, etc.

This is not an exaggeration.

So, to that end what are they capable of?

2. Where would he muster any support for that?

I doubt that many Americans would be willing. His herd seems quite thin, in my estimation.

Now, there may be some other country willing to do his crazy work for him, but...? Not sure anyone wants to babysit this angry toddler.

5. Beware. Bannon would start small. Provoke, react to the reaction, escalate, repeat. nt

6. He Does Not Need Support

He is the President. He does not actually need Congress to start a war. He only has to tell the generals where to put the troops. What backlash is he going to face? He will be in office for four years, if he wants to stay in office, regardless of whether or not the American people support him. Yes, he can be impeached. However, at this point he has a lap dog Congress that seems unwilling to be a check on his actions. He likely does not really care whether or not he gets reelected. The only thing he has to fear is the Republican Party turning on him, impeaching him, and replacing him with Mike Pence. After the Mike Pence issue there are only two negative consequences he has to worry about: a Democratic Congress and his legacy. A Democratic Congress could impeach him, but would they really want to give Mike Pence a head start at being President. Donald Trump could do the same thing, in regard to his legacy, that he is doing now with his presidency; blame the media. He could spend the rest of his life claiming the horrible liberal media is just refusing to give he credit for the great job he did as President. So, there is very little downside, for Donald Trump, to starting a war.

I am not saying he is going to start a war. However, he does not need the support of the American people, or even Congress to start and continue a war. In addition, the war would not affect him in a negative way.

7. I seriously doubt the gang that can't shoot straight is capable of pulling off

a 9/11 without getting caught.

8. Not anywhere Iran

Not a war, military strikes.

By militarizing the Straits of Hormuz and blocking Iranian exports the price of oil will go up, a key Russian objective and helpful to Exxon.

Also helps the domestic politics of Saudi Arabia and Netanyahu.
