I've been a foul mood the last couple of days, and I think it has to do with losing hope that we can ever get back to (at least) where we were under Obama. So much destruction has already happened in such a short amount of time. I don't know if I can handle a slow recovery, something that takes years.

We know so much more. We know what works and what doesn't work. We have a good plan that can be made great. The repub party will implode as they turn on each other.

How many bosses are in a crime family? One, just one. There's a reason for that. They don't play well with others. They may make nice with other crime bosses but that's only until they can figure out how to get rid of them. Bannon etal aren't any different.

7. I used to trust in this

I still want to believe it's possible to flip congress in 2018. It's just so much negativity, even from some on DU who say it can't happen until 2020 or 2022.

but given the evident plan of the powers that be to destroy the environment and kill everyone, I think more likely the universe will just have to wait for the next ascendant species on this planet...maybe insects or birds or something will evolve and rise to the top of the food chain, millions of years from now, and can do a better job at it. Humans have done fucked up; I think our turn is pretty much done.
