under oath. I'm afraid that would limit him to interviewing only people willing to speak. Without the power of subpoena, there's not much he could do, frankly.
On this, we're going to have to depend on our Democratic members of Congress in both houses. They sit on committees that do have that power.

There are already a lot of legal minds working on that idea. Maybe he could join one of the already ongoing efforts. It all costs $$$.
