When Republicans call Obamacare a 'disaster'

They are projecting what they are going to do, and have done to the ACA already.

They are the party responsible for weakening it and they continue to kill it.

I just wish one mainstream news media person would point this out.

so, for them, it's a disaster.

they're desperately for any solution that gets rid of the taxes on the rich, and so far, they're willing to throw 24 million people under the bus to do so.

Much like SS, they hate it because it works. The major problem areas are in the red states that didn't cooperate or expand Medicaid.
