I always enjoyed President Obama doing his NCAA bracket and would compare my bracket to his. It was nice to have a POTUS who had real outside interests and could relate to sports fans. Even though he was very busy and actually working as POTUS, it was clear that President Obama is a sports fan and knew basketball
The current idiot occupying the White House would not be able to complete a bracket due to his short attention span and the fact that he gets all of his news from Fox
I miss President Obama.

(145,130 posts)I admit that I changed my bracket at least once due to President Obama's bracket and it was a good move. I would not trust the child in the White House to pick the winner of any contest.

After eight years of televising Obama's bracket, ESPN reached out to Donald Trump's staff to see if Trump would be interested in carrying on the tradition.
An ESPN spokesman provided this statement to the Washington Post: "We expressed our interest to the White House in continuing the presidential bracket. They have respectfully declined."
In the absence of a presidential bracket, Obama went ahead and filled out a bracket for the upcoming men's and women's tournaments, and they were published on obama.org.
In the men's bracket, Obama has North Carolina beating Duke in the championship game with Arizona and Kansas also making the Final Four.
