It's not his style to acknowledge miscues (or outright lies), but in making the Obama wire tap allegations it is increasingly clear that he has absolutely no evidence. Even his closest allies are refusing to back him up.

Is it possible that Trump will finally humble himself and admit that he goofed? Maybe even issue a mea culpa? Imagine that, acting like a real human being!

In answer to your specific question - IIRC he did say he was wrong about the birth certificate. It came as a 6 word comment, mumbled under his breath, at a presser that then spent 60 minutes touring the press through the new Washington Post Office Trump hotel.

So...he'll admit this mistake in 3-4 years with a brief comment as he's getting into a closing elevator...as in "no big deal".
