Who would be prosecuting flynn?

DOJ?

I don't trust them to follow it up the chain even if he has good info.

They give Flynn immunity and then drop the case, Trump wins.

3. Don't US Attorneys fall under DOJ?

And report to Sessions?

Who would likely know as much as Flynn anyway.

Russian inquiry.

Attorney in charge right now, AFAIK, is Dana Boente (an Obama holdover).
