One thing we have learned about this White House is that they will resort to distraction, diversions, and dishonesty if it furthers their story.

It served their purpose as a distraction, if nothing else. Maybe Nunes saw more? Maybe not?

The Trump White House is trying to change the entire investigation. It's really not about Russia or Manafort or Flynn, it's about leaks on unmasked American citizens.

Basically, they are saying that if Benedict Arnold was an American citizen, then the people do not have the right to "unmask" him.
