cop who shot and killed a guy that she was chasing. I htink that she is going to claim to be made a scapegoat.
The problem with her story is that she had said at the time that the guy was reaching into the car. The problem with that - the door is closed and the windows are closed. He could not have been reaching into the car.

(10,951 posts)and it was pointed out by a legal representative of the family pointed out that the car windows were not opened. It came out in an interview by the car within a day of the shooting. The Tulsa PD never refuted that statement.
This incident happened not all that long after a elderly white Tulsa County reserve deputy shot and killed a black man that he thought he was going to tazer. Oops! He got jail time.
