3 Democrats backing Gorsuch.

Why? Why?? WHY???? Why would any Democrat back this right wing monster?? Gorsuch is 49. We could be stuck with this a-hole for over 50 years! Why are Democrats so weak? The Obama Administration faced 8 years of complete obstruction from the right, why cant we ever fight back??

I thought my post was pretty clear. The question was asked "why would the Dems behave this way" and i said they're firming a circular firing squad. I other words the Dems excel at defeating themselves.

Hope that is more clear.

More than likely and hopefully, leadership has the votes and has given approval for this. The three you are referring to have tough elections coming up in 2018 in red/purple states.

I believe the filibuster votes are there and a few vulnerable senators are quietly being allowed to meaninglessly break ranks to try and appease their voters
