Sen. Blumenthal will vote for Gorsuch if he'll commit to independent prosecutor on Trumprussia

and other investigations, Blumenthal made a huge case for Gorsuch making a commitment to indy investigation

To make clear, the senator also detailed further conditions of his yes vote (like "fine print&quot . He's very experienced and very exact.

special prosecutor. Gorsuch, as supreme court justice, would have no say in special prosecutor appointment.

Blumenthal might be the smartest democrat on the judiciary committee and the most well spoken. I was sorry to see the other Dems not support his call to insist that the proposed appointee commit to the special prosecutor.

You'll have a chance to rehear Blumenthal's speach I'm sure and will see who he was referring to.
