justice.

There is no basis for that

However, there is a basis to reject Gorsuch, and any SC nominee that trump send down, because trump is under investigation for possible collusion with a foreign power to interfere with the election, and no nominees should be allowed until we know all the facts

Remember, Democrats dropped their filibustering of judicial nominees to avoid the "nuclear option" under W in the absence of "extraordinary circumstances" in 2005. Between Garland and Trussia, I'd say circumstances are pretty darn "extraordinary"

Looks like they got the marching orders. Even when Garland was brought up it was in the BOTH SIDED DO IT mode. There was a lot of Harry Reid started this, ignoring the fact the pubbies refused to move along any judges.

"victims" to the unknowledgeable. The Dems are not good at strategy. You need to have some strategists who understand the "average Americans" mentality.

propaganda. For some reason, many people inexplicably vote against their interests, don't listen to facts, and believe fake news. Why? And what do we do to fight against it? Most Dems tend to at least make sense with the way they vote.
