However, there is a basis to reject Gorsuch, and any SC nominee that trump send down, because trump is under investigation for possible collusion with a foreign power to interfere with the election, and no nominees should be allowed until we know all the facts

(24,406 posts)Remember, Democrats dropped their filibustering of judicial nominees to avoid the "nuclear option" under W in the absence of "extraordinary circumstances" in 2005. Between Garland and Trussia, I'd say circumstances are pretty darn "extraordinary"
