The credibility of the Senate and it's status as a legitimate political body is at stake

Stop blaming the Democratic Senate...the voters failed them and us by not sending a majority of Dems to the Senate.

6. At what point does it become illegitimate then?

This shouldn't be seen as about the sky falling, I think we really need to ask start asking ourselves when does McConnell's senate no longer represent the political institution described in the first article of the US Constitution? After healthcare, after obstructing Obama for the sake of purely obstructing him, after letting partisan politics decide how they interact with Trump, and now him sending a justice to the Supreme Court even if it means changing the rules for Trump? What should the last straw be if not here?

but we have no constitutional way to deal with with this mess...even if Trump is impeached Gorsuch will remain...I don't even know if you can impeach SCOTUS judges.
