Providing an Order of Succession Within the Department of Justice (Again)
Already done once by executive order 13775 on Feb 9th, Federal Register quietly published a new list yesterday.
Executive Order 13787 has new list of names
(a) United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia; (same as before)
(b) United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina; and
(c) United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.
Weird?
