This morning I heard something on Fox"News" ...

That I had never heard before ... the host said, "Wait a minute ... I'm not going to let you get away with that."

Unfortunately, he said it to President Obama's Chief of Staff ... and he said it about something that was actually the unspun truth; that the mandate is not a tax increase for anyone that chooses to purchase the insurance, rather than pay the penalty.

Then, the host ... thinking he was being slick likened the penalty to the taxes on cigarettes ... one that is completely avoidable. But the CoS dropped the ball ... all he had to say was "EXACTLY ... Now you are getting it! Would you please repeat that for you viewers?"

For me that's just like going over to Rimjobs site. Christ, you can't scrub it off with Ajax.

Although I disagree with the spin they put on anything President Obama positive, it is important that we/I hear what they are saying.

And, every once in a great while, they put out a good story ... with verifiable facts and everything!

... use other sources as well, end up misinformed than people who never watch FNC. In fact, studies have shown that people who use no news sources whatsoever score higher than FNC viewers when tested on current events and/or political issues.

So you watch FNC at your own peril.

For them to put a "good story" once in a great while gives them more credibility then they deserve.

Jack Lew, White House Chief of Staff.

I was surprised that Wallace let Lew talk for a while without interrupting him.

I wish Lew had likened it to car or homeowners insurance...if you have it you're covered in case of accident or fire, if you don't you're liable to pay a pretty hefty price.

I was screaming at the TV...had to change to golf!

It's funny you mention that.

It during the Florida recount when I yelled at my TV and it dawned on me that I hadn't done that since Reagan.

I think it was when Jim Baker was claiming the votes had already been counted three times when they had never had a hand count of the ballots.
