A one-stop treasury ofDU's immediate/astute takes on theSyria strike. I took much trouble doing this

I've been taking pleasure, since the Syria action’s first minute, picturing DRUMPF's string pullers saying to him, "Hillary says we should do this. Always ask yourself, 'What would Hillary do?!’ "

Samantha BEE introducing Hillary, hours before the Syria strike: “You deserve to hear this 100 times: It should have been YOU.” at the 3:45min mark – ehrnst https://www.democraticunderground.com/10028903854

Then Hillary said: Hillary, YESTERDAY 04-06-17, hours before the Syria strike: “We should have had ... no fly zone ... should have confronted ASSAD ... ASSAD had an air force, the cause of most civilian deaths ... We should have and still should take out his air fields”

But, you know, Hillary as President would have been ragged-on relentlessly, and it’s only with DRUMPF as the most horrible nightmare ever by comparison to what she would have been that she will be appreciated more.

Meanwhile the predictable Repuke responses: 1) The AmeriKKKa Firsters are really really mad. But 2) John Mc5PLANES predictably pivoted from nagging DRUMPF to CHEERING. And 3) The Cuban RUBIO must be angling for a job away from the Senate, where he won’t have to put up with pesky constituents, because he’s non-stop with his joking about how DRUMPF’s “HUMANITY” was touched by the civilian victims. Haha, DRUMPF has *NO* humanity or soul! But the word is (below) that PRIEBUS will be vacating his slot, so RUBIO might want the job, but the smart money is always on the Goldman Sachs candidate!

Week 12: Trump tries to declare war on Syria (Assad is one bad hombre!) to distract from Weeks 1 through 11. - (this/first line by DUer L. Coyote)
Throws shade on gorsuch vote
Takes Bannon out of the spotlight
Makes trump look like he is not afraid of Putin
He looks stronger on Syria than Obama
It gives the appearance of power over Chinese president in meetings
Will raise his approval numbers
Trump doesn't give a fuck about Syria and people being killed.
This is a setup and he got the go ahead from Putin.

Glad our arrogant Pres. is enjoying his taxpayer funded golf outing after announcing the US should take military action against Syria
