1. Check Ro Khanna out... he's been talking about expanding the EITC...

and is working on a bill centered on the idea of a UBI.

Of course it'll likely be dead on arrival but he's the only one I know really talking about this, and he would know the challenges ahead given his background in tech.

I'm pushing for lower SocSec to age 50. Finland is running a test to pay everybody over age 18 a living wage.
