Congressional Declaration of War needed for military attack of,,,,

another Sovereign nation.

Seems the Leaders of Dumbfuckistan read our Constitution the way they read their Bible. They pick and choose the parts they like and fulfill their needs, then disregard the rest!

will show we have been in many more undeclared wars than declared wars... (Wikipedia lists 59 US wars, probably a low estimate{sorry 59 was one century, the total list is 104 with 3 ongoing})

The Constitution does not vest the President the Powers to Declare War. just Congress. ......

for a very, very long time. It's not how we do things any more, it seems. The last Congressional Declaration of War was in 1942. There hasn't been one since. Think about it.
