He's too lazy to do anything like writing an opinion, even if it is copied.

3. Thomas does what Scalia tells him to do.

In the rare cases where Thomas and Scalia do not vote the same way, it can reasonably assumed that
this is due solely to the fact that Thomas wasn't paying attention when Scalia was giving him his instructions.

I see '41' plastered all over the hbo schedule and I start lol. Clarence Thomas was one of the most cynical and racistly devious actions of that "first" bush. Thurgood Marshall has just died, a brilliant precusor to our current president. For that "first" bush to nominate him was calculated to show us, no the world what he thought of a black on the highest bench. Thomas is an extreme embarrassment.

He retired when Bush was at the height of his powers which was historically a very sad thing.

12. I often wonder if Scalia isn't as drug addled as Rehnquist used to be.

Rehnquist was a pill junkie who was often in a stupor due to his drug use. (Coupled with his usual shitty demeanor and belief system.) Supposedly, he became delusional after he stopped. (if he really stopped)

Maybe the same is true of Scalia. (the shitty demeanor and warped belief system, for sure)....maybe the drug use as well.
