I've been ragging on the L.A. Times since Trump began running,

as they seemed to be legitimizing the lying bastard's placement into our Presidency.
However, I was just online and decided to look at their online paper, and was shocked to see this:
(but, maybe they were okay with his ridiculousness, hate and lies until he started picking on the press).

Kudos to the LA Times for what they are doing, calling Trump a LIAR and a lot more. L. Coyote Apr 2017 #11

The series of editorials is well worth reading, and very well written.

I think they should get a Pulitzer for it.

I stopped reading the paper during the primary because
(to me anyway) they made Trump look like a legitimate candidate—and I don't think he was anything less than a 100% lying ass. Maybe it was because I was on DU all the time, and the Times wasn't reflecting what I was reading here.

I don't recall thinking that they made him look legit, but I read them everyday and that may play a part in how I perceive them.

I tend to see their editorials as very fair.

Today was another. That makes 7.

On the whole, the LA Times remains a good newspaper.
