2018 US Senate Election in CA- Stuttering John Melendez from the Howard Stern Radio show is

running for the US Senate in CA as a Democrat against DiFi. If DiFi and Stuttering John finish in 1st and 2nd place in the open primary, could Stuttering John win the November runoff.
