One thing missing about Spicer discussion is that the WH has the
whole STATE DEPARTMENT ready to look over any Spicer statement before it is delivered to the press. Anything can be quickly fact checked. That is what the well educated public service is for: to ensure stability in government action. It is incompetent to not use them.
