TRUMP ADMINISTRATION LOSES AGAIN IN COURT -- THIS TIME ON VOTER ID

TRUMP ADMINISTRATION LOSES AGAIN IN COURT -- THIS TIME ON VOTER ID

By ProPublica

Last February, the Trump administration abruptly abandoned the crux of the Justice Department's opposition to Texas' voter ID law. Government lawyers also asked the judge to delay her decision on whether the law intentionally discriminated against blacks and Latinos. Judge Nelva Ramos Gonzales rejected their request for a delay. And Monday, she ruled that the law "was passed, at least in part, with a discriminatory intent in violation of the Voting Rights Act of 1965."

none of this matters very much. Yes this is a blatant attempt at voter suppression but if all the voter suppression were eliminated, there would still be a strong tilting of the vote in a red direction b/c of the use of voting machines which can be easily rigged and are being rigged in a hundred different ways to give false results.

8. The prob is, it's the same judge. The appeals court told her to reconsider, then she ruled the same.

So, just my non-Law view is that this is certainly not closing the issue, and with SESSIONS there, looks like DOOM.

Republicans and trump adm. want to govern America outside of the Constitution and laws. They are true crooks, lairs, and UN-American. They are anti-democracy and anti-rights. Get on board with what America is or step aside!
